A Sweet Senior Session | Kierra, Class of 2019 | Hudson WI Senior Photographer

I love the fact that I get to meet high school seniors from all over Wisconsin and Minnesota and so grateful that many are willing to make the drive over to me for their senior session. Kierra is a class of 2019 senior from Barron, WI who met me in Hudson WI for her sweet sunset session.

We hung out on the streets of downtown Hudson, dipping our toes in the St Croix River and stopping for a sweet treat at Knoke’s Chocolates before heading to my favorite field to catch the last of the sunlight. The golden light we got over the river is just another reason why I tend to shoot my seniors around sunset. I really enjoyed getting to know Kierra’s mom as well, who felt like a friend I’d known for a long time and could have a glass of wine with and talk about nearly anything. A few months later I got to meet the rest of the family when they drove back to River Falls for Christmas mini sessions, and I enjoyed it so much!

Thanks for letting me photograph this special time in your life Kierra! I have so many favorites from your senior session that I’m having a hard time narrowing them down :)
