The sun set so perfectly on this chilly February evening and their wedding party / family and friends made this wedding so freaking unforgettable! My favorite was witnessing their letter reading before their ceremony, which they opted to do without seeing each other. The emotions during this brief period of time were so heart-melting and special.

Read MoreOn the day of their wedding, we had some crazy October weather with some snow/rain and it left Kayla and Peter moving their ceremony from an outdoor location in Stillwater to RVCC in Lake Elmo and their reception to Kilkarney Hills Golf Course in River Falls. Everyone pulled off this change flawlessly!! Certainly a day to remember for everyone involved!

I was hoping we wouldn’t have a high of 0 degrees, and we got lucky! We trudged through the snowy hills and cliffs at a balmy 20-something degrees and I just love how these turned out. The huge icicles on the cliffs made for a creative backdrop!
