Mackenzie | A Downtown Hudson Senior Session | Wisconsin Senior Photographer

Mackenzie was my first senior of 2017 and I hit the jackpot! We ventured out and about downtown Hudson WI, starting with a stroll downtown, then a softball field, and finally Willow River State Park where we found golden light before colored smoke bombs at dusk.

This girl is one after my own heart. As she shared with me more about herself (she's fierce about politics, she's great at writing, she's doing a videography internship next summer in California, and she's still undecided about exactly where she wants to go and what she wants to major in for college), I saw a little of myself in her. A creative brain and believer in social justice, I know she will be a successful female, kicking butt in whatever it is she lands on (which of course, can change over time because life's a journey and we keep evolving constantly).

I have a feeling I'll be following your journey Mackenzie. And, I'm so glad we made your senior session literally LIT!
