When I first started corresponding with Jayson and Brittany, they had a June 2019 date picked for their wedding. When we met for their engagement photos at Swinging Bridge Brewing Company they informed me that they had changed their plans and were planning a small, non-traditional intimate wedding in March! The final date wasn’t set and neither was the location, but after thinking about how they wanted to celebrate their love and how they envisioned their big day, they just didn’t want to do the whole big wedding thing. And I was INSTANTLY on board! Small, intimate weddings are my jam. I love them. I feel so honored that I get invited to document them. I feel like I’m a part of their family or close friend circle. I love being a fly on the wall and capturing all the candid moments.

Jayson and Brittany eventually decided to hold their ceremony at W.A. Frost, a restaurant on Historic Cathedral Hill in St Paul, MN. They rented out the beautiful Fireside Room, just big enough for the 25ish guests that were invited. After an emotional ceremony (Brittany not only read her vows to Jayson, but to his daughter as well and everyone was in tears) and a heart-felt toast by Brittany’s father, plus a few drinks in the lower level lounge which is just so cool you MUST check it out, we all headed over to Sweeney’s Saloon in St Paul, where we finished off with more toasts, lots of laughs, and great food! Their flamingo wings are to die for!

I can’t thank Jayson and Brittany enough for choosing me to be a part of this special day. Their love filled up every space we were in. The laughter and joy that seems to flow from them effortlessly is just beautiful.

“ANDREA! WOW. These are SOO beautiful. Jayson and I took time after our wedding and wrote down the highlights of our day, so we can look back years down the road, and remember the little details that can slip away with time. The way you captured our day, truly reflects how we felt and how our families felt. These pictures aren’t worth a 1000 words, they are worth a 1000 feelings, and we can’t thank you enough for this gift.“ ~ Brittany & Jayson R.

Congratulations you two! And cheers to a lifetime of happiness!
