Colorful Downtown Minneapolis Senior Session | Ayza, Class of 2020 | Minneapolis Senior Photographer
As part of my consult for each senior session (email or phone), I always get information about that particular senior. This continues further the day of our session when I really dig in: I want to know what makes them light up with joy, what are they truly interested in, what makes their heart soar, are they the kind of teenagers who will leave their hometown the day after they graduate like I did or will they stick around to figure life out closer to home? Do they know what career path they want to take or are they content with the unknown at age 17? There is truly no right or wrong answer to these questions but they help me get a feel for who I’m about to work with and how I can deliver a session that speaks to who they are right now. That is SUPER important to me and is a cornerstone of my work.
Ayza is a Class of 2020 Senior in Apple Valley MN and told me that she’s into concerts and fashion and food. Well that’s just perfect because so am I! She wanted a downtown Minneapolis senior session with color so we started at a bright and colorful wall mural before heading to a parking ramp showing the Minneapolis skyline. We ended in Mill Ruins Park amongst a gazillion other seniors and their photographers; it’s an incredibly busy and popular place!
Thanks for a vibrant, fun, and beautifully interesting one-of-a-kind session Ayza! Enjoy your senior year!
